Each Seniormatch pro member is offered a range of different subscription options/packages to meet the individual needs of their members. Sometimes selecting the subscription option/package with a longer term (for example more than 6 months) can prove to be more cost effective for the member/user concerned. Automatic renewal is a common practice in many industries (also seen in magazine subscriptions or gym memberships) and it is legal. It is important to read the terms and conditions carefully when you sign up and that you follow the process specified for the cancellation of services and future payments.
Go to your account. Choose my membership and click on cancel my membership. Your membership will be ended and you will be removed from database.
No, when you cancel the membership everything is deleted from the system.
If you cancel before the end of period you are not eligable for refunds. In case of a dispute, that does not involve cancelation, we will review each case and see what it reasonable.
